Hello everyone,
I’m back into work after 2 weeks of break and guess what I have zero motivation to work. But I got into the grove in a couple of days. But looking back at the 2 weeks, I’ve done a lot of things with my parents and spent some quality time with them and Chin. We went in to watch Novak Djokovic play a charity match in the Rod Laver Arena and it was super fun. This weekend I’m taking my parents for a weekend away in the Great Ocean road, we are staying for a night in Apollo Bay (a cute little beach side town). Should be a fun weekend. What are your plans for the weekend?
For this week, I’ve a podcast episode, an interesting YouTube video, a and a quote for you to ponder.

I recently completed the book Dare to Lead : Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts by Brené Brown. She talks a lot about Empathy and Sympathy and how one helps with building connection and other doesn’t. Here is a short video which shows how really both of them work and which one is better.
Ozempic (Selmaglutide) - it’s a drug which is prescribed for Type 2 Diabetes. Guess what some of the side effects of this drug are. Weight loss, repulsion towards alcohol are few of them. So some doctors around the world have prescribed this drug for weight loss. But some countries are trying to ban this drug weight loss usage as it created huge demand in people to take this drug instead of fixing their lifestyle. You can read about this drug in a Forbes article here.
Nothing is more persuasive than what you’ve experienced first hand. - Morgan Housel (An American Author) in his book Same as Ever
